The Flamingo Cottage is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit townhouse located just steps from the Sound, and within a short walk to the world-famous Emerald Coast Beaches.

This townhome-style unit has a lofted bedroom will comfortably fit two adults sleeping in a queen sized bed. Two additional people can sleep on a pullout sofa in the living room.

This bright condo consists of an open living room with a comfortable sofa and streaming TV, a functional kitchen with full size fridge and stove. Upstairs, you will find the bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Guests will have access to the entire home - the main floor with the living room and kitchen, the upstairs bathroom and bedroom, the front porch at the main level, and a lower covered patio below. Underneath the exterior stairs is beach and pool equipment for use. There is also deeded sound access and pool access is included. Only the ground level room and the furnace closet are not included.
